A love for the outdoors and commitment to family defines Broker /Owners Anne and Dale Pizel. They made their home in Creede where they raised their daughters, Abbey and Emily. Dale is a native of Creede while Anne was transplanted from the suburbs of Chicago some 35 years ago. They have a combined experience listing and selling in Creede and the San Luis Valley of 59+ years! Broken Arrow Ranch & Land Company is dedicated to serving their clients, customers and community with integrity.
When they are not selling real estate they are enjoying the outdoors; riding the high country, skiing, team roping. We bought Broken Arrow Ranch in 1995 as a place to raise our two daughters with their horses, chickens, rabbits, pigs, cats and other furry creatures. We are committed to this small mountain community, and have held positions on the local school board, fairgrounds board, local bank board, chamber of commerce and Creede’s child care center, to name a few. We are longtime sponsors of the Creede Repertory Theatre, we support the school athletics, and have spent time assisting with various local non-profits over the past 30 years. Our priorities are our family, our community and our business.

I live and love Colorado through the outdoor experiences of recreational opportunities in endless miles of public lands by hiking, biking, x-country skiing, and a disciplined daily practice of Yoga. I am small town oriented helping to connect community members with one another through social and local events, and gatherings of businesses and various organizations.
